Set Aside

Everything we've been through until this day;
It's just too much for me to let you run away.

Cos I thought what we had was something wonderful.
I know we had our not so brilliant days,
But the good times that we had were almost magical,
and I'm not prepared to throw them all away.

And I wont forget all those times we shared.
I have just one regret. Why'd it have to end?
But I don't mind as in my mind, even though we're through.
In my heart there's a space inside that's set aside for you.

I thought what we shared was so incredible.
We said the love we had would never end.
But lately everything is so uncomfortable.
I'm not content with just being your friend.
